Home Office Question gaming computer builder

I am starting a new job and I am given the option to work at home periodically. I have a desktop for personal use in my bedroom that I built myself. My setup includes two monitors, mouse, keyboard, and the other standard peripherals. My question is, is there a way that I can easily hook up a company-issued laptop that I can use my monitors on and all my peripherals without having to switch every single cord back and forth from my desktop to my laptop and vice-versa?
