Crazy problem with computer gaming computer builder

Alright I update my Fucken driver right? Then I go to clean my disk. I've been having problems where it says my disk is at 100 all the time basically. I try the typical turn off windows search and superfetch and it looks like it's goin well. Then I just decide to restart computer to get it over with. NOW this bitch won't even boot up, goes straight to black screen will flicker to a white screen once every like lucky turn off and turn on again. Windows 10 btw
