Buying A Used PC - What To Check? gaming computer builder

So I came across an awesome deal on my local Craigslist for a gaming PC, and after pricing parts through pcpartspicker I'll almost save 50% from market value. Even though the PC was built recently, the person is selling it because he no longer uses it.

I've done my due diligence on the person and on the PC, and everything checks out. I even had him send me the results from UserBenchmark.com to make sure he had the same hardware he was looking to sell. And I'll be meeting him in public, so all of that is taken care of.

As far as testing the computer goes before buying, what's the best way to make sure I'm not buying a dud? I plan on booting in up and checking all the specs to make sure no hardware has been swapped out. And I'll be plugging in a USB with an audio file to check that all the USB/Audio ports work. What else should I be wary of?

P.S. Side note: I do plan on selling the SSD in it and getting a new one and installing Windows fresh. Read too many horror stories on reddit (true or otherwise) to use the same old memory.
