I have a Phanteks Enthoo Primo case and one of the features of this case is that is has a PWM fan-splitter. I know that this should be able to control my fan speeds but I think I have something wrong with it. In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJDQVonZNMw) at 9:20 he says something about plugging the 4-pin into anything on your motherboard or any CPU header and then something into SATA power and then you can control the speeds of your fan with PWM. This is not the case with mine probably because I don't understand what he's saying. Can someone explain to me what his instructions were in a dumber version? At the moment, when I unplug that 4-pin all the fans plugged into the splitter all stop; when I plug it back in they all start working. Is this normal? Thanks!
