Advice on quiet and reliable 4TB 3.5" SATA Harddrive for NAS gaming computer builder

I have a three year old synology NAS RAID that recently had one of it's drives fail. I need to replace the drive to rebuild the mirror RAID for data protection. Already bought a WD Black that had piles of bad sectors when formatting, so that was returned. Been searching around NewEgg and Amazon, not coming up with much without a lot of noise complaints. Seagate Barracuda Pro is a possibility but really because there isn't much feedback yet on this new drive. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
