[Question] A network alternative to UltraVNC that lets me run as administrator on the other computers? gaming computer builder

I work in a lab that has various computers (ranging from XP, 7, and 10) and cameras all hooked together with a POE Switch so everything can be ran from a single computer in another room (via ethernet). We access / control the other computers via UltraVNC. However it can't run a program on another computer as administrator, which we have to do for a few of the important programs.

Is there a different network program alternative to UltraVNC that would let me do that?
