PC won't connect to internet gaming computer builder

Any advice will be appreciated literally any I had a full head of hair before I bought this PC.

I recently bought a Cyberpower C Series Model Slc6000A and I can't connect to the internet via ethernet or wifi.

I continue to get a yellow triangle error message where my wifi is on the screen saying the ethernet has an invalid ip and needs configuration.

These are the methods I've tried. 1. Rebooted the system too many times to count 2. Flushed the dns 3. Ipconfig/ renew 4. Ipconfig/ release 5. Netsh Winsock renew and netsh Winsock renew catalog 6. Unplugged the motem and reset it before powering on pc.There are other methods I've tried but too many to list.

I'm running Windows 10 and my have a Att U verse as an isp I also have an msi motherboard which came with a disc of drivers to install and I'm pretty sure I've installed them all. I'm at a loss, this is my last effort before I called tech support or hire someone to fix it.
