I recently got a new motherboard. I've plugged everything in but when I plug it in, the motherboard lights up showing it's getting power, but the computer won't turn on. I've checked making sure everything is seated properly and plugged in. What could possible be keeping it from starting up. Also there are no fans turning on including the CPU fan.
