Ned help with laptop gaming computer builder

Ok so I have a MSI windows 10 gaming laptop and not seven earlier it worked perfectly fine and normal. I boot it up today and for some reason it won't boot up however when I connect a power source the fan will blow until for whatever reason the power source cuts out. Help?
