My pc auto restart gaming computer builder

Hi guys , i have an issue . My pc started to auto restart while playing games , this started before 6 month so i contacted the support for the game and they gave me instructions but i still have the same issue . I thought the issue were from the game , then suddenly my pc started to auto restart while watching youtube or even browsing in the internet . Its a sudden restart without any warning , i almost tried every avilable solution but i still have the auto restart issue .

Any idea on what cause the problem and any avilable solutions ?

Here is my spec : Gtx 970 Intel 4790k Cpu:650w Ram: 16 gb hyperx fury Motherboard : msi z97 gaming 3
