Looking for help with installing Windows 10 on a brand new build. gaming computer builder

Hi guys! I just completed my first build and I'm having a problem with installing windows 10. I'm booting from the DVDRAM, but instead of performing the install, it kicks me back to the BIOS screen and I'm not sure what to do about it. Can anyone help?
