Laptop For Editing? Possibly Gaming? gaming computer builder

I'm going to college this fall for photography/video and am interested in buying a laptop. I already understand that the Macbook Pro isn't for gaming at all so I'm putting that out there now.

I have been looking at a couple of laptops that are Windows Based:

•Dell XPS 15 15.6 •Razer Blade •Macbook Pro 2016 13"

Now I would like to game on the laptop, BUT it is not the priority. The only reason I'm worried about getting a Windows based laptop is because I'm afraid it wont last as long as the Mac. Editing is my main priority with the laptop, but gaming would be a cool feature to have on the side if possible.

So with that being said, which laptop would you recommend? Should I stick with the Macbook and be safe, or should I get a Windows based laptop and be able to game as well?
