How can I wipe my HDD (and keep my Win 8 OS) without the "recovery" option? gaming computer builder

Hi folks! I'm running into a unique problem. I am unable to use the built in wipe and reinstall windows option on my Windows 8 machine. I'm about to sell this thing in a few hours and I need to wipe all the data while keeping the OS. Is there another built in tool or program I can use to do this? I do not have enough time to find a copy of windows or buy one or whatever. I just need my hard drive wiped while keeping the OS intact. Thanks!
