Bought a NEW Predator 15, installed chrome and now i cant use the chat feature. Anyone know how to fix this? gaming computer builder

I bought this brand new gaming PC and it seems to have more issues setting up with various browsers than any computer i've ever owned.

I use Google Chrome. I like to chat through facebook. With this computer is is impossible because BOTH of my enter keys are disabled while on the facebook.com site. This is a unique and frustrating issue to have. I have gone and checked to see if the browser was allowing flash. It is. So now im lost. I tried microsoft Edge and my enter keys work fine. Can anyone help me??
