Wired 360 controller on windows 10 gaming computer builder

Hi guys, note that I searched a lot on Google before posting here.

So here is my problem: I'm trying to play on my computer (windows 10) with my wired 360 controller. Unfortunately, the controller won't sync with the computer. The 4 four green light keeps flashing.

The controller is detected by the computer and has its driver up to date.

What I tried: - Uninstall the controller / reinstall. - Change the USB port (I only have 3.0 so...) - Try another wire of the 360 controller. - Uninstall the driver / reinstall. - Reboot my pc. - Searched for a driver not up to date elsewhere on my computer.
