Okay, so I want to get a RX 460 2GB. Everywhere I look, they're all Overclocked. MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, and on. I found one with Sapphire. A regular RX 460 2GB. Turns out you need like UEFI Bios or something while I think I have regular. I just want a good GPU for around $150 CAD or less. The reason i'm choosing the RX 460 is cause it's new, and it doesn't cost too much.
