Resizing the monitor area? gaming computer builder

My dog jumped up and hit the keyboard, and now my whole computer screen is slightly off my monitor screen.
By that I mean my monitor is not capturing the whole screen, so the top is shaved off.
And it is stressing me out haha.

Is there a way to fix this?
