Replacing My Laptop Graphics Card gaming computer builder

My graphics card is an AMD Radeon R7 M270, which is shit. My Intel graphics is Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. I'm looking to replace my AMD Radeon with a PNY GeForce GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 and I want to know if and how I'm to replace my graphics card. I've read that this isn't possible if the graphics is integrated. However, it looks like I have a discrete graphics card. Thanks in advance!
