Recommend me a HDMI Splitter/Selector gaming computer builder

I am needing an HDMI Splitter/Selector that will take my incoming video output from my computer and send it to either the monitor or the smart TV (NOT BOTH).

Both monitors can display 1080p resolution with no problem.

I decided to eliminate the PS3 from my setup and in order to watch YouTube from my bed, I have to get under the desk, Unhook the monitors HDMI cable and then plug the TVs HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the computer.

Now when I want to use my monitor again, I have to reverse the above procedure. Here is a picture of what I am wanting this setup to be like: http://i.imgur.com/bUPbT39.png

I am needing one on the cheap also. Not paying no more than $20 for one.... Thanks!
