Questions about Hard drive transfers gaming computer builder

1. I have a lenovo z580, which I hear is out of production. Can I only do a hard drive transfer to a PC that's the same model? Or can I transfer between different PC?

2. Is it true that if I put the hardrive of my lenovo into another lenovo, Everything will be the same? By everything I mean save files, accounts with passwords, and even the way it boots up.
