PC won't load and power button instantly turns it off gaming computer builder

PC: ASUS G20 AJ

I opened up the first panel and cleared of some immediate dust with dry paper towels and a small fan to get it away from the hardware.

I used some slightly damp paper towels to dab up any clumps of dust that had built and to wipe off the panel that had only the lights on it.

I closed it back up and upon turning it on it did not send a signal to my tv (what I use as a monitor).

The power button (once pc is on) just immediately turns it back off again with no wait. It has been doing this for a few hours now..

I unplugged everything from it before hand. Made sure not to touch any circuitboards while it was open and touched some metal beforehand (apparently it de-charges you).

I have opened several pc's before to clean them or replace harddrives and this is the first time I have had this problem. I did not go any further than the first panel because I did not want to make the situation any worse.

What do I do?
