I posted yesterday about my computer booting to a black/blank screen. gaming computer builder

So I tried plugging in the hard drive into a different computer and the same thing happened. Does this mean it's a hard drive problem? All different parts except for the hard drive. But the situation is that I can't get into the bios on EITHER computers I tried F2, F12, F9, Delete, all different things and it never works. Anybody know what the issue could be?
