How do I get out of the HP Automatic Repair Loop on my laptop? gaming computer builder

It keeps going back to auto repair, switching on and off etc. I've taken the battery out several times, tried to do all the F11, F2 stuff but can't find any way of repairing it without doing the factory reset. It's a HP laptop, not sure of the model I'm at work, bought it fairly recently, windows 10
