how can you copy a group of truncated URL links all at once? gaming computer builder

I want to copy groups of links sometimes to repost elsewhere but the page is narrow so the entire link is not visible. If I go and highlight the group of links then do left-click and copy with the mouse or even CTRL and copy on the keyboard, then paste them where I want them, it only grabs the visible part of each link. If I want the whole link then I have to individually copy each and every one separately. That is pretty tedious for hundreds of links and I can't do it. There's got to be a quicker way to copy the whole groups of links at once. Is there?
