HELP!!! Screen cut off even with correct resolution! gaming computer builder

So, for the past 2 years, I have had a dual monitor setup, both on 1920x1080 resolution. All of a sudden, my right hand monitor has been cut off on both ends of the screen. It is very frustrating as it cuts off the edge of windows. Evidence follows.
