Help - burned cable in Pc gaming computer builder

The cable that connects the GPU to the PSU ( i think) got fried. http://m.imgur.com/k8KLCUr,FYNYM52,yNmyNf8 if i replace this cable can i start playing again or do i have to change my GPU altogether and does anyone know what this cable is called
