So I was using my desktop computer when the Blue Screen suddenly appeared. It told me to restart, so I restarted it with Safe Mode, but the Blue Screen appeared again. So I restarted it again, then run Startup Repair. It's been 30 minutes, and it still says the same thing: Windows is loading files... The loading bar is already full, it just seems to be frozen. Did I do anything wrong?
