Best gpu under $300 price range gaming computer builder

Hey guys. In the market for a new gpu. What im looking for. Be able to play most or all on ultra/ high setings. 1080p os the highest res ill be playing at rhe moment but anything higher is ok amd over all have a gpu that can last a few years with out the need to replace. Opinions on the net are pritty all over the place. Thanks
