So a prospective buyer accused me of trying to sell a stolen laptop. My dad brought it home about 4 years ago in the box, unopened. I have been the sole owner. The laptop was damaged (startup issues) so I was trying to sell for spare parts. As he was trying to boot up his hard drive on the laptop, he was having issues bypassing the BIOS password (I believe, as I'm not that familiar with that side of computers). Thanks in advance for any replies.
