"There is not enough memory to complete this operation" gaming computer builder

I was going threw my hard drive, clearing it off getting ready to transfer most things to my new SSD before I put it in. I quickly noticed a PNG named "dummy", and when i tried to delete it, move it, put it anywhere it says "There is not enough memory to complete this operation."
