So here's the rundown; I'm a junior in high school, soon to be senior, and I've gone to a private school for most of my life. The problem is of course strict parents and also our school is 'Apple Distinguished' meaning that all the technology is Apple Products. We get discounts and etc etc so it's a good deal for a school but I've been using Mac laptops now my whole life and I have no clue about real computers. I'm going off to college soon and my parents said if I wanted to spend my own money on it I could get a gaming comp, but I don't know much about comps (I still know basics). When it comes to buying, I don't know where to start. Price range probably isn't a problem, I've been working since I was little but I would like to save as much as possible. I've been playing League of Legends on my Mac laptop for 4 years now and it's hell so I wanted a change.
Basically I just need some tips of where to look or some info for if I walk into a BestBuy I can understand what to tell the people I want. Anything helps at this point really
