Does anyone have a picture of what memory looks like under a miscroscope? gaming computer builder

There are two things I want to see, memory when its not under a microscope, when its zoomed in under a microscope, and full view

A side question, which i guess is more physics related, how can memory cells hold charges so close together without interfering with one another?
