I'm currently in school taking classes towards my associate's and I've come to the crossroads where my mac can't do everything I need. Obviously I need a windows computer, but I was thinking about getting a surface pro 1 or 2. I'm wondering if that's a good investment. The programs I'm going to be running are Visio and Virtual Machine. Would the Surface pro be a good fit for those programs at all? And I need to know if the 1 and 2 are upgradeable to Windows 10 because that is definitely a must for my classes. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. For price Im thinking sub $300 because like I said this will be used for a couple of programs and maybe more but it won't be my main computer.
